Dropped iphone 4 & now it doesn't turn on?
I was laying down & i dropped my iphone 4 on its screen on carpet with a bumper on. It wasn't a lethal drop at all.i've dropped it before on cement without a case at all & it's been fine.
now, it doesn't turn on when i press the on button & when i plug it in charge all that happens is the screen illuminates & the apple logo shows up for 10 seconds & then disappears & continues to do this, not turning on completely.
what did i do to it? Can it be fixed? Is everything on my phone gone for good?
Added (1). It was carpeted tile, but still i dropped it from like a foot's height.
If I were you I'd be happy that I'm no longer stuck with the phone lol take it to a phone repair place and see what they say

- I dropped my iPhone in water and now the screen won't turn on what should i do? It seems like the phone is still working because it still makes noise when I touch the buttons and my alarm still went off this morning but the screen is completely black. It is in rice now but is that still the best solution if everything is working except my screen? And I know I'm supposed to turn it off but I can't because the screen won't work.
- I dropped my iphone in water and now it won't turn on? I dropped my Iphone 4 In the water, I tried to turn it on by pressing both the home and the power button at the same time. The apple loggo started to glow but then it turned off and now I can't turn it on again. Is there any way I can make it work again or should I just buy a new one?
- I dropped my iphone in water and doesn't want to turn on? I put it in rice for 1 day then i turned it on and the phone turned on with lines in the middle of the screen what should i do?
- I dropped my IPhone in the toilet, and now my home button doesn't work? 2 days ago I dropped my IPhone 4 in the toilet, and pulled it out right away. I dried it off quickly and it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. But then last night, my home button started to not work unless I pressed it 10+ times… I have the accessible touch thing on, but I was wondering if could fix this myself?
