Dropped iphone 5s into toilet, the screen has a light watery border around it?
I'm 13, and i dropped my phone in the toilet a while ago. I put it in a bag of rice but it still has light spots arounbd the sides, and there's a small dark spot in the middle. Help? I should have done this earlier but is this permanent? I have my icloud and everything backed up just in case this goes to the worse case scenario
How much would it cost to fix it? And is there anything i can do to get the water out of the screen?

You have a damaged LCD. That can't be fixed. The display assembly has to be replaced. It costs about $22 on eBay or about $100+ at an Apple store.
That is assuming that only the LCD is damaged. If the logic board is damaged, it will probably cost more to fix than what it is worth.
