External Microphone Camera?
Ok, so recently i just got a external microphone (Takstar SGC-598) and a adapter for my iPhone 6. So I tried making a video/ recording audio and its not recording from the mic(takstar). Is there any thing in settings or something I can do to make it record from the takstar mic?

From what I can see online, it should "just work"…
The most likely thing is that the adapter is wrong/faulty or does not fit the phone socket properly.
There are two different standards for the connection positions on a four-contact phone/tablet headset plug, OMTP and CTIA.
The iphone and most other newer devices use the CTIA standard but the other style is still quite common.
If you have the wrong type adapter the microphone will not connect.
One listed for connecting a PC headset to an xbox one should work fine, as the xbox also uses CTIA connections. The plug on the mike is wired to fit a PC-standard microphone socket, as on an adapter like that.
