Factory Unlock For at&t iPhone 5?
So my friend gave me her at&t iPhone 5 and I want to factory unlock it to activate it with another gsm carrier. Does anybody know a good website that unlocks with the IMEI number that doesn't cost too much? Btw she called at&t to get it unlocked and this phone is payed off and completed the contract but they said she couldn't unlock it because she hasn't payed off the phone that she upgraded to from this iPhone 5. The representative said the IMEI is clear so there shouldn't be a problem getting it unlocked though.
You can get the phone factory unlocked from outside though if AT&T refuses to unlock the phone. If you need help with getting the AT&T iPhone 5 factory unlocked at cheaper price, mail me for references.
Hi, AT&T won't unlock that for free for you as you need to fulfill their requirements. In that case buy unlock either on eBay or from any unlocker site. Make sure the site is trusted.
