Fixed navigation menus HTML5 CSS3?
I'm looking for an HTML5, CSS3 script that creates a similar effect as the itv.com or apple page navigation. At this point I'm only interested in the navigation function on the site.

Does anyone know a good link where I can find some examples that I can then customise for my website?
I'm also interested in to know how apple created the scrolling function on their website (when the page automatically aligns the top of the content container as you scroll down - please see example). It seems to be becoming very popular and I do like it myself as well.

- Why is Live Traffic on Iphone maps not showing up during navigation? When I use Apple Maps it only shows live traffic when I'm not using the turn by turn mode. As soon as I start it to give me directions the traffic data goes away. Anyway to fix this? I have turned on the traffic. Hence why it shows up before I start the turn by turn. The traffic data vanishes once its giving me directions
- Navigation icon near battery? Basically an on iPhone 3GS, near my battery icon there's a arrow looking icon lot slanted to the right, am guessing that's the navigation icon, can someone tell me how to switch that off or take it off? Would be most helpful

So i just got a brand new iPhone 5 with a vodafone plan, and upon using the Apple Maps app, and selecting a route when driving, the phone didn't speak to me the directions and go to the next step of the directions. I have gone to settings in Apple maps and changed the voice to loud and stuff like that. How can i get the app to work?
