Flying by my self for the first time?

I'm going to California in a couple weeks and ill be flying by myself for the FIRST time & I'm scared. I'm 15. What if I don't know where to go? What it i get on the wrong flight? Help me please & what will happen when my iPhone runs out of battery's?

Ask your parents

Well you could still go as an unaccompanied minor
that you can't get on wrong plane
but that mean you need some one to take you the gate
then someone hass to meet you flight[note this will cost extra]
re iphone in many airport there kiosks where yoiu can recharge your phone

Relax, it's not that complicated. If your ticket has already been purchased, depending on the airline, you may be able to pick your seat ahead of time unless it's Southwest which has open seating where you pick your seat when you get on the plane. Most airlines allow you to check in to the flight online and print out your boarding pass 24 hours before your flight departure time. The sooner you check in within 24 hours, the better your boarding position will be which is good because you want to board before the luggage bins are filled and you end up sitting far from your luggage.

Most airlines will allow you one carry-on piece of luggage and one personal item (like a daypack or laptop bag). Your airline's website will have the size limits specified. Pack enough clothes appropriate for the activities you have planned during your trip. Any liquids or gels such as some of your makeup or shampoo would have to be in containers no larger than 3.4 oz. And must all be placed in a single plastic zip-top bag that would be taken out at TSA security check. Any larger containers of liquids can be placed in your checked bag (if you have any) but airlines usually charge between $50-$100 for a checked bag. The carry-on goes in overhead bins during the flight and the personal item needs to fit under the seat in front of you.

At the airport, if you take your boarding pass which will have your airline flight number on it, your carry-on, and personal item through security check. Since you are under 18, you don't need an ID to board. Once you get through security, look for the TV monitors for departures to match up the airline, flight number, and destination city to find out which gate to go to then proceed to the gate and wait for the announcements to board. If you can't figure out which gate to go to, ask an airport employee or someone at another of your airline's gates for help. People rarely get on the wrong flight. You bring your phone charger with you and can usually charge it up at the gate while you are waiting to board. You can't use your phone at takeoff and landing but once the flight is on the way, you can use the games and other features but not to make calls. Wi-fi may or may not be available on the flight and most airlines charge a fee for wi-fi when they have it.

Enjoy the adventure of travel.

First, let me say it's almost impossible to get on the wrong flight. Even if by chance you managed to get on the wrong plane (extremely difficult), your seat allocation would very likely clash with that of another passenger, and the crew would realise the mistake immediately and help you off the plane to find the right one. This is So RARE that you really needn't worry about it.

You will always know where to go as long as you stand still and look carefully at the indicator screens, with flight numbers, time of departure, destination and what 'gate' to go and wait in. For that reason, be sure to allow plenty of time; for someone who's never flown before, at least two hours from arriving at the airport.

Anytime you feel confused, just ask ANY official person in the airport. They are all used to people getting lost or confused, and it's their job to help you. Never hesitate to ask.

You will be guided by the airline flying you.

Its very unusual to travel along trip at such a young age of 15. Most flyers are over 18 Why don't you cancel it to your older

  • What can I use to attach iPhone to a flying drone? I'm a proffesional photographer mainly photographing cars, and this Sunday is the weekly car show that I go to and my friend has a hovering drone that he is going to bring. We're trying to figure out how we can attach his iphone to it so it stays secure so that we can take pictures/videos that will turn out good to put on my photography page. We've considered Velcroe/Tape so far but are not sure. Any recommendations/help would be appreciated thanks.
  • It's 2014 shouldn't we be having flying cars by now? I'm 20 and I grew up on a lot of science fiction. So when I looked to see the future I thought we would be more advanced than this. Sure some of the technology we have is quite impressive like: video games, computers, the Internet, HD TVs, smartphones and tablets, etc. But other than that the world still looks the same. Where is my flying car, my jetpack, my robot butler, moon colonies, phaser rifles, domed cities, underwater cities, food pills, etc? Why does the future suck so much?
  • Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
  • If you crack your iPhone for the first time, will Apple replace it for free? My friend cracked her screen and when she brought it to the apple store to get it fixed they fixed it for free only because it was her first time cracking it, and well that happened to me a few days ago so I wanted to see if it was true, anyone else had theirs fixed up for free first time it got cracked?
