Found a iphone 5 can it still be tracked?
I know someone who found a iphone 5 they restored it to factory settings and they took the simcard out too
can it be tracked?

No. The ONLY Way you could ever get it confiscated is if they reported it stolen AND had the serial number for it AND you got busted for stealing things so a cop checked your phone and looked up the serial number and saw it was 'marked stolen'. Thats literally the ONLY way.you're fine. Don't worry
Maybe you should hand it in instead of stealing it?
