Full signal and fully connected to Wi-Fi, but can't send texts?
I have an IPhone 5 and last night my phone said no service but was connected to Wi-Fi. So I figured that's why I couldn't send texts although my iMessages were going through. So I reset my connections and it now has all of it's bars as well as being fully connected to Wi-Fi still and I can't send any texts. Why is this?
P.S - Also if you can tell me how to fix my iMessages as coming up as an email on the other persons phone.
No service basically means that there's no radio signal for the phone service. Now, what you could do is switch off the phone, then take the battery out of its compartment… Wait for about 2 minutes or so and then put it back in your phone… Restart it and check what it does.
Had the same issue with mine… And this procedure fixed it.
Best of luck.

- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
- Why does my iPhone 4 have no signal yet has full bars? My phone is on EE and doesn't connect to the internet even though i have full 3g does anyone know why? I've tried resetting it everything and nothing seems to work it does this for about 3 hours a day?
- Why can't I send or receive texts when I'm connected to the internet? I just got the G2 from Verizon and every time I hook up to the internet I can't send texts nor receive them. It does the same to my friends iPhone 5. Any ideas on what the problem is?
