No. The bit which is locked is the motherboard, and that part *IS* the phone. The screen, casing, battery, camera, speaker, microphone and buttons are just the bits which allow you to use the phone.
Return that **** and get moneys back
Go and talk with a mobile repair store technician and tell them if they can do anything for you.
and search on youtube for your problem and solution
or try to flash your phone( technician recommended)
Go through eBay and PayPal complaint procedure and get your money back or it unlocked.
You file an "item not as described" complaint with Ebay, then return the phone to the seller with a tracking number and once you have proof it has been delivered you get a refund. Don't keep it or buy another phone. Report the buyer to Ebay and return the phone for a refund
Nope. Apple is very secure and non forgiving when it comes to icloud lock. You can take the phone to a sketchy repair shop and they can probully unlock it for a heap of money. Try to return it, if the seller is being a goof, then send a report to ebay and paypal. If all fails chargeback on your paypal or card.
