Has anybody had this experience before? (bizarre)?

I'd like to tell you about an experience that occurred not too long ago in fact maybe 4 to 5 days ago in my room at the flat where I live at. You see, one morning I woke up to find that my digital, physical alarm clock had vanished without a trace. I assure you, this isn't an alarm clock app i'm talking about that's on my iphone, so it's not a technological mishap. This is my real alarm clock that is now nowhere to be found and left no traces. I don't have a large amount of friends so no one would have stolen it from me, I don't think anybody would've broken in and stolen my alarm clock and not something more valuable like my laptop, and I recall that before I went to sleep my alarm clock was there, the next morning it just disappeared. I've looked and looked for it everywhere that it could've just been knocked off by accident, under my bed - inside my drawers etc. It's just such an odd thing, sometimes I think about it and I feel maybe it was done to just drive me insane from how bizarre that I think it is every time I think about it. Because there's no explanation, my question is

Has anybody experienced anything similar to this before? Like things vanishing without explanation or without a trace? Does it mean anything? Where does it go? Did I make it vanish or am I reading too much into this?

I just thought I'd ask to see if anybody's gone through similar things.

Yeah, sometimes. But it's usually because either I misplaced it or someone else that lives with me did.

My clothes usually disappear like that. I do laundry at home and nobody comes in my house but my husband. And it's weird like what I'm missing right now is a pair of shorts I wore them one time than put them in the closet then I haven't seen them since. I've turn my house upside down looking for them. Went thru my closet a couple of times and no luck! I don't know why it happens but I hate it!

That's not so strange, in fact it happens to lots of people.

Now I happen to believe in ghosts, but I also believe that ghost activity (especially ghostly kleptomania) is extremely rare. AND I believe in cold hard science, because much of that certainly does exist.

Just asking here, have you ever heard of sleepwalking? It's pretty rare, but not nearly as rare as ghosts and happens to normal people once in a while. It most often happens to people who use sleep medication, but definitely not always. It's been said that somnambulism happens to pretty much everybody at least once or twice, and around 10% of the population has it happen somewhat regularly. During sleepwalking, people have been known to get up and perform complex tasks like cooking entire meals and then go back to bed, and not remember a single thing when they wake up. Usually people who sleepwalk just do one or two (sometimes really bizarre) things and head back to bed, but it can get interesting. I've done it a couple of times, and one time (my wife witnessed it) I took a shower fully clothed, stripped down and dried off, then went back to bed with the hot water still running. Didn't remember a thing the next morning.

Now I'm not saying you did or didn't sleepwalk, in fact I'm not saying it was or wasn't a ghost. It could have been Elvis himself in a flying saucer for all I know. I'm just suggesting one possible explanation, nothing more.
