Having problems transferring photos from iPhone to laptop (Windows 8)?
As the title says, I'm having trouble transferring photos from my iPhone onto a laptop running Windows 8. I've been using the "app" that pops up when the phone is plugged in to do the transferring, but only about half (sometimes less, sometimes more, but never all) of the photos it tells me will be downloaded actually make it.
I never disconnect anything, click "cancel" or any of that; I simply wait until it tells me I can open the folder and when I do, I realize that not all of the photos are there.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? And if not, is there a different way to transfer the photos onto the computer?
Install iTunes (from http://www.apple.com/...m/itunes/) on your laptop. Then use iTunes to sync photos, music and more between your computer and iphones (the same for other apple devices ipod/ipad etc).
