Having problems with iphone 3gs
It only lets me download very few apps, for example, when trying to update my instagram, it says ''this app requires iOS 4.3". I've tried updating my itunes and i think i've updated the software but i'm not 100% sure? Need help its doing my head in!
Go into settings and go on software update
Sounds like you have a 3g not 3gs.
3g iphones only get 4.2.1 firmware
Apples way of saying "buy a new iphone'

To be sure you have the right update you can go to the settings.
In there i think you select " about" and it will show you what your phone is running on.
- Why is my IPhone 3GS having problems after I updated it? After updating my iphone to the latest version (5.0.1I think it was) my phone just randomly started shutting off and coming to a blank white screen and then an error screen and after a few times it went back to normal then shut off again. Right now it is recovery mode and not working so I was wondering if anyone has the same problem and a solution to it.

- My iPhone 4 having problems with audio when video taping? Ok so I have had this phone for 2 months now and it's just now having this issue. When I record sound and other things it's fine except when I record video on my phone this sound is barely audible. I mean you still hear it but barely. Also anything else where sound around me and my voice I can hear it fine. So what's wrong with it and what should I do about it?
- Is anyone having data problems with their iPhone 4? (Virgin mobile)? About 24 hours I started receiving an error message on my phone saying I'm not subscribed to any cellular data. I can text/call perfectly fine; however, my 3G is basically useless. I've called virgin mobile at least 10 times and none of them are willing to help. They just keep transferring my call. So does anyone know what's going on?
