How can i get an effect split in half on a photo?

Can anyone recommend me a program to get this effect

Any graphics program can do this, it should even be possible with Paint.
GIMP can do it, and so can Paint.NET, both are free.
And Photoshop of course.

(As with 99% of similar "effects", this isn't a special effect but just the result of some simple operations. In this case, selecting one half of the image, mirroring it horizontally and moving it sideways.)

  • Why does iTunes split up my albums? This probably one of the only things I liked better about my Windows phone. When I transferred albums from my PC to my phone, all of the albums stayed in tact, whether or not there was more than one artist featured on a given album. However, as I began to transfer music from my PC to my iPhone, the albums were split up anytime a song had a different artist. Why does iTunes do this? It is beyond annoying.

Alright so some of my friends have been posting pictures on Facebook and instagram where it looks like there's two of them doing a different pose in the picture. You can't tell that it's only one person, and it's not just flipped around. I understand it is a split-pic, but would somebody mind telling me what app I could make one of these pictures with?   • How to put an effect on a photo your taking on IOS? So I watched my mate take a photo on his iPhone not long back but he added an effect to it which made the picture more orangy if that makes sense, it sort of dulled the picture a bit but it looked really good, basically I don't know how he did it, he set it up so the picture would be taken with the affect but he could change it to a different effect if he wanted, but it was not added afterwards, I've looked but can't find how he did it.
