I dropped my iPhone 4s in milk this morning
I dropped my iPhone 4s in my cereal bowl this morning. It was in there for 1-5 seconds and I quickly dried it with a paper towel. It worked fine, the bottom speakers were a little messed up sounding, but I just blew into it a little and it was fine. My problem is the headphones work, but when I unplug the headphones the speaker/ringer doesn't work, but Siri works? The indicator for water damage didn't turn pink. What should I do? Do you think they can replace it for free? Does the warranty cover that?
Go to apple and get it fixed or get a new one
The Same Thing Happened To Me. Just Take The Battery Out & Get A Bowl & Put Dry White Rice, Then Place Your Phone & The Battery In The Bowl & Leave It In There For About 2 Hours. This Will Help It By Soaking The Milk Out Of The Phone. Trust Me, It Works For A Lot Of People. Hope This Solved Your Question! :]
- I dropped my iPhone in milk and now the audio is all fuzzy? I was eating my cereal while watching a tv shoe on my phone and then I end up dropping my phone into the milk but only the speaker part, and now the audio is all fuzzy?
- I dropped my iPhone in milk? - 1 Everything seems to be fine except for the fact that I can't hear anything (calls, music, etc.) unless i have the headphones plugged in. I read that this same syptom has happened to other people who dropped it in milk. I have had it in rice since it happened so what i'm really asking is if you may have had a similar experience, did the sound come back after a day or two in the rice?
- I dropped my iPhone in chocolate milk Okay, so everything works expect my speakers! I can't hear music or hear the other people on my phone during a call, but my mic works. What can I do? I don't have a warranty. I think.
- I dropped my iPhone 8 in the toilet this morning - I immediately grabbed it and it was submerged for only a few seconds? All I had to do was wipe off the back of the case and the front part of the phone, as no water got inside the case itself - should it be okay? For the most part, I've had the phone completely turned off for a few hours.
