How can i edit or take a 90s quality picture (like the one i provided) on my iphone or what camera can i use for that quality of picture? 
You could take this photo with a phone however you would need an external light source such as an LED lamp flashlight flash and the like. What's going on in this picture is that the exposure was such that the ambient light was not properly exposed which is why it's dark. But the exposure was just right for the light falling onto the subject. So basically you need to have as seen that allows you to eliminate your subject but not illuminate the background.
- Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture? I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me. (which I can see he ruined the moment for me.) P.S.
