How can I fix my touch id?
I recently bought an iPhone 5s on kijiji, and everything works perfect except the Touch ID sensor. When I tried to add a fingerprint, it wouldn t even recognize my finger when I put it on the home button. It just stayed on the screen with the guys finger on the black 5s. It did recognize my finger when I kept my finger on the button and then I twisted it counter clockwise, but I don't want to unlock my phone like that, since it's so inconsistent. Has anyone had a problem, and fixed it?
I think your setting up the finger print wrong, it wants you to place your finger multiple times in multiple ways so it can fully read every part of your finger.
You don't just place your finger once and it's all set, the red lines on the finger print when your setting it up indicates what parts of the finger print is scanned.
Once it's all red it has scanned the entire finger print.
