Will rice fix my touch screen: s?

I dropped my iphone 5 in the bath and the touch won't work now. I put it in rice. But will rice actually help?

It should work, but you should also turn your phone off for at least a week to make sure it dries before using it again, because it could cause a short circuit. If that doesn't work you could go to apple if you still had the warranty.

Yes it will help, but you can go to apple if that doesn't work, btw if you're in warranty then it will be free to repair.

Maybe, maybe not. Couldn't hurt to try.

  • What can I do to fix my iPhone 3GS touch screen? I dropped my iPhone 3GS from about chest height and it turns on and charges fine. The only thing is the touch screen is not responsive. It still lights up and works, but it won't respond to touch whatsoever. The power button and home button still both work. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this? What parts will I need to buy to fix it?
