How can I get my Facetime to work if there's content restrictions set up in Screentime settings?
I don't know the password for screen time but in the past I could simply get around the restrictions by Facetiming through the I-Message app and/or the Contacts app on my Iphone 8 but currently when I try to facetime that way it simply sends me to a screen that says "Facetime Ending…" is there anyways around this? I want to work Facetime but I'm unable to get ahold of the Screentime password.
Thats not good. Keep working
You don't. I figured you either made It without realizing what it wise or that it wasn't important to you or someone else set this up for you and you're trying to bypass parental controls. Screen time passcode as well as restriction passcode can be different from the main passcode. If it is and you don't know what it is you are screwed. The only way to get around it is to restore your phone as new using iTunes on an actual laptop or desktop computer. If you don't know the restrictions passcode you will have to force recovery. And you can't restore from backup because It will bring the passcode right back in.
You'd simply have to check with whoever set up the restrictions.
