How to save my contacts from my iphone to either itunes or iclouds?
My iphone camera came with defective flash and one of the "genius" at the Apple store told me that they can give me a brand new iphone. I want to do this because I want to be able to take nice pictures at night or when it is dark. He also told me that I can back up my contacts to either itunes or iclouds or something like that. However I do not know how to do either one of those options (itunes or iclouds) so can you please tell me step by step how to do this? Thank you and the best answer will get 10 bonus points
I also have a Macbook Pro but I don't know whether I have what they call "an itunes account" so please also let me know step by step how to create one.
For iCloud just go to settings>iCloud and have contacts set on. Not sure about itunes. If you don't have an iCloud account it will prompt you to login or make one with your apple id.
Dude itunes account go hand in hand. Also iPhone goes hand in hand with itunes so launch itunes on your macbook. Connect usb into ports of laptop and iPhone wait… It'll sync. When its done syncing click on contacts tab its easy to find. Select sync contacts and voila. Also it will ask you to create an account if you haven't synced before. Simple as that.
- Why does my iphone save contacts that i deleted? I've deleted contacts from my iphone but when i type their name when writing a new text, their contact information shows up. I don't want their contacts anymore and I want their numbers to be permanently deleted so I don't have their numbers. How can I do this?
- To wait for Iphone 6 or to get either IPhone 5c or 5s? So I have an upgrade and I have a 4s so I now get to decide if I want to wait for the 6 or go with the 5c/5s. - Save my contacts? (iPhone 5)? I currently have an iPhone 4S running 5.1.1. I've Pre-ordered the new iPhone 5. I have many contacts on my iPhone 4S. How is it possible to transfer all of my contacts from my iPhone 4S to my new iPhone 5? I have all of my contacts synced to my Macbook Pro (WRD) Also, is it possible to just sync my computer contacts to my iPhone through iTunes?
- Linked iclouds on two iPhones? So I really don't know what's happened but all my pictures are appearing on my brothers phone. I realised that he's using my iCloud account on his phone but when we try to change it to his own account it also changes on my phone. How can I fix this?
