Save my contacts? (iPhone 5)?

I currently have an iPhone 4S running 5.1.1. I've Pre-ordered the new iPhone 5. I have many contacts on my iPhone 4S. How is it possible to transfer all of my contacts from my iPhone 4S to my new iPhone 5? I have all of my contacts synced to my Macbook Pro (WRD) Also, is it possible to just sync my computer contacts to my iPhone through iTunes?

Back up your phone. When you link your phone with your computer and itunes opens wait for your iphone to appear on the side tab. Then, right click where it has your iphones name. Options will appear and click "back up" it will save all of your texts, photos, apps, settings… Everything. Then when you plug in your new iphone 5 click restore from back up Sept XX, 2012 @ (time). Thats it.

The only thing i'm questioning is whether Macbooks have a right click button: S

Yes connect your iPhone to the computer and make a backup of your device this will save all pictures contacts notes emails messages bookmarks music podcast videos and books then when connect the iPhone 5 and setup from a backup not as a new phone FYI for windows when I bck up my contacts it dosent save emails or home numbers or nicknames extra things like that so I have to email each and every contact to my self which then I download to my new phone
