How to stop being addicted to my iphone?
Today i went to my eye doctor, and told me that my vision has gotten worse and that i
should use my phone less often. I use my iphone like everyday all the time. Even at night, like right now! Its 2:10 am. And right after i wake up, first thing i do is check my iphone and just look at facebook or youtube or any kind of website!
Get a different phone. I used mine all the time too.until it got stolen at a concert. It's actually kind of nice not having it. Maybe you should try it for a few days.
Break it, or go to some place with no reception.
Haha same here but it's midnight and litterally I'm on it all day. I did his one day used t up till it was at 0% then I didn't charge it and I put the charger where its up high that I'd have to use a chair and lazy me well I wouldn't want to get it so I was iphoneless for a day or oh it somewhere like in your fleet when your sleeping so you won't get up and get it
Set your priorities. If the phone is affecting your health then you should use it only when it is most urgent.
I consider myself to be pretty addicted to my iPod, and what I do is lower the screen brightness. If the screen is too bright I get headaches.
You could wear sunglasses when you use your phone, if you don't mind being the person who wears sunglasses indoors.
Another thing that might help is deleting some of the apps that aren't necessary but are really distracting.
It's also a good idea to do something else. Go outside. Read a book. Cook a meal.

Oh please don't break it or do any stupid thing, just change your few habits like when you wake up don't go to facebook or youtube or anyother site. Just check if there's any missed calls or message and then keep it aside. Make a time to check facebook and youtube like for 10 mints only after every 2 hours or so. It takes time trust me you can't do it in a day. But make a routine and follow it slowly you will notice you are not addicted any more…
