You want to uninstall the OS? You realise the phone then wouldn't work? But I don't think you can do it on the phone - you have to take it to a specialist to sort it out.

First off what you need to do is simply snap it in half and buy an android then you don't have IOS 11 and you have a good phone also a headphone jack.
