Added (1). I told someone i would bypass the icloud activation lock screen on their iphone 6+ on ios 9.3. How do i get the tool without doing annoying surveys?

- Old iphone Icloud lock still enabled after I buy a new iPhone with icloud on it? If I had my iPhone stolen with icloud lock on and I was tracking it. But I buy a new one and activate the icloud and tracker, does that mean the old iPhone is unlocked? What happens to it? Will I be notified if someone turns it on? Can I track it?

This iPhone was not stolen or lost as a Telus rep. Confirmed it. Tried everything I could find online to no luck. This is so irritating and it is really upsetting that nothing is working because I have spent around $300 in total with this iPhone 5. Can someone Please help me. Anything will help.
