How do I accidentally break my phone?
Okay, I HATE the iPhone for various reasons. I want an android or just anything but an iPhone. My parents may wait until Christmas to buy me a new phone until Christmas, and it's coming up, but I just want to get rid of this phone.
They might get mad at me for breaking it bc it was expensive (obviously) so I'm thinking if I should just be selfless and live until Christmas.
But if I stop being selfless and start being selfish, what could I do to break it?

Be appreciative for what you have my daughter complained about her phone and i told her the one she had worked fine she came back two days later and said it fell in the toilet and doesn't work now. I told her since she was so careless to '' accidently '' break it she would do without until she earned the money to replace it.
Wow. Your parents paid a lot of money for that phone. Don't be rude, wait till Christmas. If you break it well then you might have broke your chances for ever getting a new phone.
No need to break the existing phone. Just order a pay-as-you-go Android from tracfone.com. You may find, though, that you really prefer your old phone.
Another thing to consider is that if your phone is lost or broken, you might still have to wait until Christmas, only you just won't have a phone for a month.
Possibility 3 is that if you break or lose your phone, your parents will see you as irresponsible, so the replacement phone will be a really cheap one, which you will have to deal with for the next year.
You would rather be without a phone for a month than to use a phone you don't like?
Why not clean it all out and sell it instead? I'm sure someone in your school would love to have a used iphone. Try cleaning and deleting everything out, and then selling it to someone for a couple hundred bucks. Use the money to buy a temporary "pay-as-you-go" phone and wow, it looks like you can get your own Samsung Galaxy phone for about $40 a month! So sell your iphone instead and use the money to pay for what you want!
Appreciate that you have a phone and stop being an ungrateful s*d, i made the mistake of mentioning my phone couldn't do something and my family decided i needed to have a new phone bought for me when i had a perfectly good albeit non smart, phone

- What happens if you break a phone that's paid monthly? So I have an iPhone 7 Plus that I pay $15/mo for, but I didn't think about the fact of what would happen if I broke it. Would I have to pay the rest of the $650 (retail price) up front? Or would they still charge me monthly on my bill?

- If I break my iPhone 4 will my phone company give me an iPhone 4s? My phone company is Verizon. If my iPhone 4 isn't working well or breaks, will they replace it with another iPhone 4 or an iPhone 4s?
