How do i deal with a girl bullying me?

I'm 12 and a girl at school is harassing me for no reason. My parents are too busy to care. I already told the teacher and they just have a talk with this classmate, which doesn't work because she will keep bullying. First of all, she judges people based on what they have. Like she gets impressed and befriends kids with iPhone 7s or an expensive pair of shoes. She thinks that she can get everything she wants - she swears at her parents if they don't give her what she wants, and they always buy her everything anyways. She calls me names, pushed me when we were in line for food, and spreads gossip. Also, she's been trying to get people to not be friends with me.She's bullying me because she says that i'm wretched. I get that my family isn't as rich as hers, but my parents try very hard. She picks on PARTICULAR kids (ones who don't have enough money for cafeteria food, ones who don't have very many clothes, ones she just doesn't like for some reason). She has an attitude towards teachers and adults too, and she had to be restricted from attending field trips because she swore at a teacher.

Give her the finger and tell her to buzz off.

Bullys are a hot topic these days. Personally I would research more first - which is what you're doing, so good first step. But there are lots of articles on the web about it, and people around you will listen to you once they realize you're being serious. When I was bullied I usually used the "win them over with kindness" approach. It doesn't always work, but when it does it's very satisfying. When she gets physical you should probably speak up. To her first, and to others if she doesn't listen. For the other stuff, you should probably ignore it as best as you can. You can try talking to her, but that doesn't always help. It really depends on who she is as a person - different people will react in different ways. It's possible she's bullying you because she likes you. People do that on occasion - I didn't believe it until I realized it was happening to me one day.

Tell the school principal / headmaster. Also tell your school counselor. If that doesn't work, write a letter to members of the school board. Write that if the bullying doesn't stop your parents will sue the school district.

Talk to your parents please do not assume they do not care. Parents are there to protect their children. This young lady needs to straighten out and you are going to do just that, but the right way. Do your homework. Go to your school counselor and or principal if you don't get results. Just because you don't seem rich does not mean you don't have the resources to do what's right. If you do this you can help yourself and help others stand up and do something about their own situation. Be an example to others. It's not right to bully anyone. Be a hero for you and/or others.

She's pushing you, just tell the police about it and they will come and pick her up
