How do I trim the content of a video on iPhone?

Before answering this question, I'm not asking about trimming the length to cut off extra seconds. I'm asking about how to trim the area where the video is captured. For example, only capturing a certain portion of the screen instead of the entire screen. Please let me know.

You mean cropping then. You'd have to use an app for that (on the iPhone) or a video editor on a computer. IMovie for iOS & macOS can do that. Windows Movie Maker also if you have a Windows computer.

  • What is a trim on a phone case? (iphone)? So i'm trying to pick out what case i want for my iphone 5, it's white, and the options include choosing what color "trim" i want for the case. & it's either black trim or white trim. This is the case i've been looking at http://www.carved.com/emily-jane-flower-fade-iphone-5-5s-case.html since my phone is white I would think that a white trim might look better but i'm not even sure what a trim is so can someone advise me on this?

  • Note 3 slow - mo can you trim it? I know that you can record 720p 120 fps slow motion video on the Note3 but can you trim it like the iphone 5s where in you can choose a certain part to be in slo mo and the rest in normal… Can you do that on the note 3?
