How to delete music on iPhone 5?

You go to music look through your songs find the one you don't want and slide across it and the red thing that says delete comes up and you push it and its gone it will be on your iTunes if you want to re download
You can only delete on iTunes, you can't delete it on phone.

- Why doesn't email delete on the gmail server when I delete them on iPhone? I've removed the archive feature on iPhone. So I get the delete option for my emails. I'm using the EXCHANGE server on iPhone for email.
- If you delete an iphone photo, will it delete the contact photo too? I have an iPhone 4 and I have been deleting photos. I want to know if the photos we use for a Contact (the photo you see for a person that calls you/contact photo) gets deleted when you delete the photo from the camera roll/library?

I know this isn't twitter's problem because all of my friends' twitters are working fine. I want to uninstall and reinstall it but by doing so, what will it all erase?
