How do you get your iPhone or ipod touch to let you know when you get a tweet?
Go into settings and then notifications and make sure twitter is in the notification center
Twitter can let you know when you get a tweet if you sign up for twitter text. Just go to settings and click on mobile notifications. Type in your phone number and follow the instructions. & when you do that click on whatever box you want sent to your phone. It will be sent to your phone as a text message. Hope I helped!
- Twitter app for my iPhone 5 won't let me tweet? I just got a new iphone 5 today i downloaded twitter but i'm having a problem sending tweets and sending direct messages. I can do everything else, retweet, favorites tweets etc. I tried logging out and re downloading the app but nothing worked. Can someone help me? Btw I have the latest version of IOS and twitter. Please do not say anything rude or stupid I was going through a problem with my iphone but found the solution somehow wasn't on the Internet If you can get the call sometimes. Please do not make any stupid comments like everyone knows that becuz I did not know. If you have the do not disturb on then that would be the reason, turn it off. I did not know this and even the apple store did not tell me this, or online.
