How does everyone afford iPhones? - 1
I must be really poor compared to most people. I started college in september and since I have been there I think I have only met 2 other people who don't have an iPhone & I have met a lot of people.
I literally feel so poor next to everyone there.

Not really. It just means that you spend your money a little more wisely than most people. I'd also recommend staying away from apple as I don't see them lasting for much longer. I love apple products due to their quality and innovation, but since Steve Job's death innovation hasn't really been all that impressive. If apple doesn't do something really creative really soon, they probably won't last much longer.
My husband repairs iPhones on the side for extra money. People we know often know this. I got my iPhone for my birthday for just $100. I used birthday money. We have a good plan through Cricket too so it is very affordable for us.
My husband got his phone & my daughters phone off eBay very cheaply. They were broken. He fixed them up.
We have recently canceled cable & soon canceling our landline. We're saving a lot of money which can go to our phones.
The 5C is the new free standard, the 6 and 6+ are pricy.

- Why does everyone love iPhones? Why does everyone love and have iPhones? They are the worst phones ever! I think androids are way better. The iPhone is the same thing every year! Whenever my friends get an iPhone they are all like "yay! I got an iPhone!" But if they get an android they just say "i got a new phone" I'd never trade my galaxy got an iPhone. Why does everyone love them? They are terrible.
- Why does everyone I know with iphones have cracked screens? ? DROID > iphone. I have had so many people try to convince me that iphones are better, but I love my droid too much, lol. I used to be an apple snob, but iphones are overrated.

My friends say the Iphones are the " cool thing " right now and I'm just wondering why it seems like EVERYONE has one? What makes them so special?
- Why do so many people that own iPhones act like they are better than everyone else? Lately it seems like anytime I meet someone new, they make a point of mentioning the fact that they have an iphone, then talk about how great it is… All I asked was what time it was or if they knew when a baseball game was going to start. One person went so far as to say "if you had an iPhone you wouldn't have to ask."
