How much does iPhone 4S/5 cost in Turkey?

IPhone varies from approx. 1819 TL to 2829 TL depending on the model and capacity in Turkey. It's pretty expensive compared to the one available in US. You can buy unlocked iPhone from US and use it in Turkey, you'll save a lot. You can mail me if you want factory unlocked iPhone at reasonable price.
- Why does electronic devices in Turkey cost much more than other countries? For example an iphone 6s would cost 700 dolars (roughly 1.700 turkish lira) but when you look at the turkish apple store it says 2.600 turkish lira. Plus if you buy from another country you have to pay an arm and a leg to get it from customs. Why?
