I'm IN AT&T I ALSO HAVE A UPGRADE FROM LAST YEAR AND HAVE A SMART PHONE FOR TRADE WITH THE TRADE IN PROMOTION THERE CURRENTLY OFFERING.

I looked on their website and I couldn't find the price for an 8GB iPhone 5 but I found a price for a 16 GB iPhone 5 from AT&T and it says that the starting price is $199.99! The device restocking fee for 0-14 days after purchase is $35. Keep in mind, if you want a case, that will be over $30.
- Will I get charged for another activation fee? I Accidently reset all the settings on my iphone and when it finally booted up it told me "waiting for activation" 2-3 minutes later "activation complete" I was wondering if I'm going to get charged another activation fee. (I have Verizon wireless)
- Will I be charged an activation fee? I grounded my daughter off her iPhone and she still has her old iPhone (it broke and we bought her a new one). She activated it and it still has service. Will I be charged an activation fee since she turned her old one on?
