How much should I try to sell my iPhone 5 for? It has a bad charging port?
I upgraded and am considering trying to sell it to at least get something for it, but it doesn't charge well at all. IIm not sure if it's even worth selling, unless someone can fix it up (i.e. Sell for parts). I wouldn t know how much to list it for.
What about trading it in to your cellphone company for credit? I did that with a broken iphone 5 when I got a 6s. The five had a cracked screen, had split in half, it looked like a flip phone, and the home button was dysfunctional. AT&T still gave me $50.00 in credit for the trade in.
Check eBay for iPhone 5 spares & repairs, that will give you can idea on how much it is worth.
I would just trade it in when you upgrade since its damaged. It will be worth less but at least you get something back for it and that makes it easy as time is worth money also.
$0, as no one in their right mind buys a phone that can't charge, unless they are buy it for parts. And if buying it for parts I would not pay more than $25 bucks for it.
- Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
- What is different of the new iPhone 5 charging port? Since the iPhone 5 has a new charging port that is smaller than the original, is the charging port the same as the Andriod charging port? Or is it completely different? I have an Andriod phone and I was wondering if I was able to get the iPhone 5, will I be able to use my Andriod chargers for the iPhone 5? What is different about the iPhone 5 charging port?
- Plastic piece is stuck in my iphone 5 charging port! What to do? There seems to be some sort of plastic piece to be stuck in my iphone 5 charging port. I have already tried removing it with a toothpick etc., but it is stuck pretty bad… Anyone knows this problem and knows how to fix it? (because i don't want to pay $150 for a new charging port)
