I bought a blocked phone on ebay how much will it coat to unblock?
And how much will cost to repair a cracked screen?
What's the most i should pay on ebay for a blocked and broken 5s?

It's about £15 to unlock the phone.
If you mean there's an iCloud lock on it then it's stolen and you can't unlock it. You shouldn't buy broken phones on ebay.
You sholdn't spend anything on a blocked phone with cracked screen. If you think of getting it, pay not more than 50 quids. You'll have to spend more than that to get the phone unblocked and screen repaired. If you need help with getting the phone unblocked, mail me for references.
