More often would be better since
1. You would have the most of your current data should something go wrong
2. Backups take longer to do the less often you do them
- Is factory resetting iPhone too often bad for the iPhone? I factory resetted(Erase all content and settings) my iPhone over 7 times past 3 days.Is it bad for the phone?
- IPhone often overheats when charging? Every time I charge my phone it gets extremely hot. It's only the batter but its extremely hot. Then when I take it off the charger after a full charge it dies in litterally 1 hour maybe 1 and a half if I'm lucky is there any thing I can do about this?
- How to concentrate? I often get distracted by my iphone? However, i can't give up on my phone as i do a lot of good things with it as well. Like keeping track of my assignments, use what's app to do my project work. I do up a plan but can't follow it because of distractions

I started with the iphone 4 back in 2013, between then and now i've had 2 iphone 4s 1 blue 5c 1 5s and now a iphone SE currentyly i still have my first iphone 4 all the others besides the 4 or SE i still own, cause people are dumb and steal or i lost it… Still how often should i switch up my iphone i got the SE in may, so i'm with koodo, also i find a need for a bigger screen like the 6s or 6, yes their older ish phones but still lol
