How should I start programming Iphone apps?
Okay, I'm a serious beginner in iphone/ipad/itouch app development, I'm a serious beginner to all kinds of programming languages, I have only read 3 chapters of a python book! I wanted someone to tell me how i should start programming with Xcode? Should I purchase an Objective C book? Most Xcode books require knowledge of Objective C to understand it! I have tried the apple developer website with 'Start Developing IOS apps today' but I found it quite advanced. Any ideas? Any recommended books?
You know, you don't necessarily have to learn programming to build apps. If you have a good idea, you could contact a company that specializes in mobile website development to help in realizing your idea and bringing it to life. There are some very good companies that do just that - such as SwebApps, Mippin, MobiManage, MobBase… Do some online research and you may find a company that does exactly what you need.
Thenewboston on YouTube. By far the best tutorials for beginners, he will give you a strong understanding of Objective-c as well as iPhone development.
Good Luck!

I have been in app development for a few years now, you can have apps developed overseas for really cheap!
Have a look at this blog, it may give you an insight into where you are heading:

- What programming language should i use? I'm wanting to make an iPhone/iPad app using Xcode. What language is the best for doing that? Javascript?
- What language should I start with to start developing iOS apps? If I want to develop iPhone apps, should I learn Python first or just go straight to objective C or learn something else? I have 0 programming skills and have only done some web development. I have a Mac and Xcode.
- Should a Graphic Designer learn iOS programming? I'm going to college for Graphic Design and found a intro to iOS programming class. The class shows the basics of designing applications for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The course will also have the basic introduction to HTML, CSS, Javascript and Objective C language. And in the end the student will earn a CiTE certificate. I've never done anything like this before, which is why I'm not sure if it is relevant or useful for a future Graphic Desiger like me to learn.
