How to access internal files on my iPhone 5s?

On my last iPhone, I had iFile, which was a jailbrake feature from Cydia. I was able to view and delete any file and component I did not want. I'm afraid to jailbrake my new 5s, but I still want that feature. It is kind on like "My Computer" on a Windows PC. How can I view and sort through these files?

OMG! NO don't risk your new precious phone by doing that! Wait until other people make a review on YouTube so at least it will be more secure to do it right.haha.

  • Would the iPhone 5s internal battery fit my iPhone 5? So my battery on my 5 only lasts 4 hours of usage (with bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4g, dataroaming, push off and brightness on low. And was thinking if the iphone 5s battery will fitt in my iphone 5. Anyone tried this? Eventually is there any way to have battery ussage 10 hours? I *$*** hate my iphone because of this. And if someone says that i need to purchase an external battery, or get it replaced by apple, the answer is NO! Please nerds help me
  • Is it just me or does iPod Touch/iPhone internal camera distort your face? I have iPod touch with internal camera and I doubt it's different for iPhones.anyway, when I look into it, everything looks pretty normal except my head looks taller. But when I take the picture and loko at it, my head becomes thinner and my eyes are very un even and my mouth is crooked. Wtf? @clever basically the same before i take a picture except my head is wider as opposed to taller in the mirror as to the screen. But when the pic is taken, it then effes with my feartures.
  • IPhone problems. Internal? Software update will My iPhone keeps shutting off and when I put it on silent it switches to sounds, silent, sound, silent and I don't know what it's on. I called apple they said to do a restore and if it doesn't fix it then I get a new one. First question. What can I do to the phone that a restore can't fix and they would have to give me a new one just invade the restore works
  • Iphone: can't access the dcim in internal storage? I'm trying to pull the photos out of my iphone but when i click on the internal storage folder it should go to dcim but nothing's there, and its shown up in the past. Any reasons for this or how to fix this?
