How to activate my Verizon iphone 5? - 1
I just received my iPhone 5 (Verizon) in the mail and did all the stuff with iTunes, but the carrier at the top doesn't say Verizon. I turned off my old phone (iPhone 4) when I was plugged it into iTunes but doesn't let me activate it as a new phone. I'm still using the same number and carrier i just want my number to be transferred to the new phone.
The best thing to do is call Verizon and give them the information they need to solve the problem. They will ask for the MEI on the phone. Probably not a difficult problem.
