How to add contacts on an iPhone?

I just got it today and I can't figure out how to add people.

Store address, telephone, email, profile (such as Twitter or Facebook), and other information about your friends, family, and coworkers.

In Contacts, click Add (+) below a contact list or card.
Contacts are added to your default account. To change your default account, choose Contacts > Preferences, click General, and then choose an account from the Default Account pop-up menu.

To add a field, choose Card > Add Field, and then choose a field.

Some fields can have multiple entries. For example, you can enter home, work, and cell phone numbers. To add another entry for the same field, press Return.

To change a field's label, click the label and choose a different one, or choose Custom to add your own label.

If a field doesn't apply, leave it blank or click Remove (-).

Empty fields aren't displayed when you're not editing the contact information.

When you're done adding information, click Done.
