How to change carrier name on iPhone 4s IOS 6 without jailbreak?

i really want to change my carrier name without jailbreak because there no jailbreak for ios 6 iphone 4s.
if i can cange the carrier name so please make sure its for IPHONE 4S IOS 6.
I'm pretty sure you can't change the carrier name on any iPhone - because quite simply, why would you need to? IOs 6 of course, has no jailbreak.
