How to change number on iPhone 5?

I have Sprint and went to their website and changed my number. If I text anyone with a regular phone it shows my new number, but if I text anyone with an iPhone it's still my old number. My phone and ITunes account still show my old number. How can I change it?

  • Why is my iPhone number being displayed wrongly on my number? My number is X, but on "my number" settings, it's being displayed number Y. Why is that? Also, some people told me that when I call or text them, the number Y is appearing to them, not the number X as it should. On the other hand, if I call the number X, my iPhone rings normally, but the same thing doesn't happen when I call number Y.
  • Why is mobile sending number different to my number? I recently bought an Iphone and did a sim swap so I could keep my phone number. Everything has been ok. However, when I send an imessage it shows the recipient a different number to mine. I don't think this happens when I send a SMS. Presumably it's the original number for the new sim? Why is this?
  • Switching number from Verizon to Straighttalk AT&T. How to keep my old number? Right now, I have a Verizon noncontract phone. I'm buying an iPhone 4 from a friend which is on the Straighttalk AT&T micro sim plan. I'm moving to the Straighttalk AT&T plan and need to know how to get my number changed over and where to get a new micro SIM card from.
  • My number is invalid number in viber, I have an Iphone 5s? When I want to setup my Viber on my Iphone 5s it shows an error that says "invalid number", every number that I put is an invalid number. What should I do?
