How to charge my iPhone 4S while having a broken charging port? - 1

I have tried using several different charging cables and adapters only to realize it is the charging port which is broken. I tried to fix the charging port, but it wasn't repairable.
Connecting it to the PC (iTunes) doesn't even work as the phone can't even tell that the cable is connected.
All my valuable data is on it, and it has now turned off due to 0% battery. I have a lot or irreplaceable data.

Best bet is to take it to a cellphone repair shop.

Take the phone to Apple or a local Cell Phone repair shop that also works on Apple phones and devices. The charging port needs to be REPLACED, not fixed. The repair can often be done while you wait. And while they have the phone open, you might ask how much ot would be to put a new battery in the phone as well.

Put the battery in another phone and charge it

There areuniversal chargers that you can fix the battery in. They will charge any size battery

  • Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
