How to clean iphone speakers?

Hello Everyone: This is my first question!
After a very interesting (drunken) night, I woke up to find my iPhone 4S in a bowl of spaghetti sauce. The phone seems to be working fine, but the speakers are clogged with congealed meat sauce. How can I clean the speakers?
Also, I dropped my phone in the toilet a couple months ago, after which something happened where whenever I would try to play a song, the volume would automatically drop to zero. However, the volume would turn back on when I clicked Siri. The problem has now subsided a bit, but it happens again every so often. Can this be fixed?

PS I can't send my phone back to apple because I already had it replaced when I dropped my phone face down in Target and the screen became unresponsive.

Can't you ask Apple if they can just fix the speakers instead of replacing your iPhone?

There's a special screw driver you can buy for your iPhone (just search like iPhone screw driver on a place like amazon). You need to unscrew the bottom screws by the charger input. Then the back glass will slide up and you can examine the inside of your iPhone a bit. You can experiment a bit and unscrew some other to open it up a bit. But I warn u, keep track of exactly where things go because the screws are different sizes. And also, don't screw anything in too tightly. Hope this helps
