How to control my OCD better?
Hi, I'm 14. I have really bad OCD. My room is completely organized. I write an everyday list of what I have to do for that entire day. Everything in my room is in alphabetical order as in my games and movies, etc. My desktop files and folders and icons are in alphabetical order and so as all my apps on my iPhone. All my books are in order at school from first period to last period. Everything has to be right before I leave that location. For example, I won't leave class until my work is done and if I do, I can't go on through the day. I constantly got to check my work to see if I did it right. And many many more problems. How can I control it better?
You may not like some of the things on this list, as they may not be what you wish to hear. You don't have to like them. However, if you wish to change, you will need to accept them. The concepts of change and acceptance go hand-in-hand, and define each other. There are some things you will be able to change, and some you will have to accept. It is important to discriminate between the two, so as to not end up misdirecting your efforts.
- Things you wish you could control with your iPhone? I'm taking a computer course program thing over the summer so that I can have an extra credit in 12th grade. We have to think of things that we should be able to control using our phones. Things like lights and stuff but I'm completely stuck. Any help?
- Parental control on iPod Touch / iPhone? If I'm using someone else's Wi-Fi, can they restrict what websites I visit from their computer? Even if they've never touched my iPod or iPhone? Or do they have to physically access my iPod? Also, can they check my internet history from their computer? If I delete my history can they still see it? I don't want to sound sketchy haha, I'm allowed to use their Wi-Fi but I just don't want them to see what sites I visit.
- OCD with IPhone help needed urgently? Ok so I got the new IPhone a few days ago and I set It up and everything… I was staying at my my nans when I did this… I have stayed here 3 times before and that was my 4th time the time when I set my device up now I have got a OCD with the number 4 and my body keeps telling me reset It when you stay there next which will be the 5th time and do It again… I don't want to but I keep getting asked by my body help please help me message me If you don't understand
- IPhone volume control problems? I have an iPhone 4, and I recently realized that when I press my volume up and down buttons on the side, my volume WILL change, but I don't see the volume image on the screen. I didn't know if I accidentally turned off something in my settings or maybe my phone broke? It's just very frustrating that I can't see the volume image.
