How to convert an MP3 message on Iphone to a ringtone?
My friend sent me a recording from her phone. I really like it and would like to set it as my ringtone. It is labeled MP3 when she sent it to me. Is there any way to make a custom ringtone and set the recording as my ringtone. I have a Iphone 4, but my friend has a flip up phone.
Go to option and chose use as. Then there's ringtone option then ok. Thatr all

- Trying to convert itunes song to ringtone, file name not showing up with.m4a? I've found several step by step instructions on how to turn an itunes song into a ringtone for my iphone. I make the song 30 seconds, create an aac version, hit show in windows explorer, but then the next step says change the ".m4a" in the song title file name to ".m4r". The only problem is the file name just shows up with the normal song title, no ".m4a". Any idea what i'm doing wrong?
- Transferring MP3 to iTunes, MP3 not working? I downloaded 40 MP3s in my computer and as usual, I drag them to iTunes so I can connect it to my iPhone. But only 4 were able to transfer. I tried playing the MP3s that didn't work in windows media player but they did not play. - I would like to know how to convert Youtube files to MP3 on my Iphone 4? I have an iPhone 4 & would like to know the simplest way to conver youtube songs to MP3 on my device with out having to do any sort of "jail breaking" as I do NOT want to do that.
