I'm sorry to tell you this but there's no way… Xcode - which allows you to to make IPA games (ios games) is only for mac you can use a mac osx emulator or you can dual boot make osx onto your computer, and once you have done that use the unity game engine to make your game (i recommend it for beginners - very easy to use)
