How to delete messages on iphone?
On my phone it says messages are taking up 7.8 gb of data? I went into my messages app and deleted all of my messages and it still says that? And it says my iCloud storage is full? I don't even have my pictures on it. I'm so done with this apple bullcrap.
It probably archived your message rather than fully deleted them so try going on your messaging app and try and find under setting archive or deleted and then delete them again
- Why do iPhone messages come up as picture messages on other phones? When my friend sends me texts, she has an iphone, they come up as picture messages and i can't revieve them on my phone because my plan doesn't cover picture messages. Can she change the settings so it won't come up as a picture?
- When I receive text messages with emojis from an iPhone, why do the messages only appear partially? My phone is a "Verizon Samsung Intensity II" slide phone. (Also it's blue but that doesn't matter.) Also, if I'm included in an iPhone group chat (spoiled rich friends, but not snobby…), I get each posted message as a separate message, so I'll end up randomly with 67 unread messages clogging up my inbox.
- Should I delete messages on my iPhone? I'm just curious if having messages that can read back to the date I bought my iphone will slow it down? I know they archive after a certain number of messages but do I need to delete the old messages?
- Read messages on my iPhone sometimes show up as unread messages on my Mac? - 1 I'm talking about email messages. I have my accounts hooked up to iCloud, so if I read an email on my iPhone or Mac, it should count it as read on the other device. It has worked, but sometimes it doesn't. What can/should I do?
