How to delete music from my iPhone?
I'm just wondering as I have never had one before and just bought a 3G. I can't find a way to delete music from it. I know that I'm supposed to connect to iTunes. Do I connect from the phone or PC? And then what do I click after connecting? I know I probably sound stupid but I'm really bad with technology.
I followed the instructions on syncing it but when I plug it in for some reason iTunes doesn't recognise it and the devices button does not appear on the side.
There are 2 ways:
1. From The iphone: for every song / item that you want to delete, on the list of songs, swipe the song to the right (same was as if you're unlocking your phone) - A "delete" option will come up - you can use this to delete most things on your phone
2. Delete the songs on the iTunes on your PC, then sync the phone with your itunes - the changes will duplicate to your phone
- Why doesn't email delete on the gmail server when I delete them on iPhone? I've removed the archive feature on iPhone. So I get the delete option for my emails. I'm using the EXCHANGE server on iPhone for email.
- If you delete an iphone photo, will it delete the contact photo too? I have an iPhone 4 and I have been deleting photos. I want to know if the photos we use for a Contact (the photo you see for a person that calls you/contact photo) gets deleted when you delete the photo from the camera roll/library?
- If you delete a app off your iphone, does it delete your account? I have a couple apps that i have accounts on and i want to delete them off my phone and itunes, if i delete them, will it delete my accounts along with it?
- If I delete the twitter app on my iPhone, will it delete all the data on it? My twitter app is not loading and keeps saying there's an error. I know this isn't twitter's problem because all of my friends' twitters are working fine. I want to uninstall and reinstall it but by doing so, what will it all erase?
