How to downgrade ios 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 on iPhone 4? Is that possible?

I've shsh blobs saved for all the firmwares I've updated on my iPhone 4 till now, so there's shsh for 6.1.2 as well. I'm tired of slow processing of 6.1.3, and don't want to wait for ios 7 as it's too far away and I don't want to have beta versions done. Let me know if I can downgrade.

I had ios 6.1.2 last night and this morning and was jailbroken but then downloaded a faulty program which bricked my phone and made me have to totally reset everything.
