It's a ghastly, overcooked, cartoony HDR image.
Why anyone would want their images to look like that is beyond me.
Once you grow up a bit you'll look back on these and think the same.
Go to your app store - type "HDR photo" in the search. Install one of those.
I agree, it is absolutely awful.
If you do that, you shouldn't be allowed to touch anything with a camera.

Such a unique look seen for the first time looks pretty darn cool as the novelty factor is fairly high on something like this. However, the novelty wears thin very quickly, and as your eye becomes more sophisticated and learns the difference between good and gaudy, this heavy HDR effect becomes something that you'll want to avoid at all costs.

If you do want to muck about with your pics, make sure you work on a copy file, then you will have the original to look at when years make you sane.
