How to get a refund from itunes?
The other day I tried to purchase an episode from the game app The Walking Dead for the iphone. I put in my password for purchase and was charged, but never received the episode. I emailed the creators of the game already but they said I need to talk to itunes for a refund. Does anyone know if there's an email address to contact them at?

- I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller? I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?
